My favorite, clinically proven formula for improving ED, boosting testosterone and sex drive: 🤜 http://drsam.co/yt/BeHarderLonger You can also watch this video about the best vitamin to improve testosterone after exercising: 🤜 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpCYSo8waNg #erection #erectiledysfunction ======================================= 🤷🏼♂️ Kegel - #1 Exercise For Preventing Erectile Dysfunction & Improving Your Performance In The Bedroom ======================================= Today I’m going to reveal the #1 exercise for preventing erectile dysfunction and improving your “performance” in the bedroom. This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. And if you’re over the 30, then I can guarantee that your “youth” hormones just aren’t where they used to be and are going lower and lower each year. Because of this, I’ve got a special link below, to a bonus video about how you can dramatically improve your testosterone levels and fix erectile problems in a few short days or weeks. ======================================== Thank you for watching. In this video I put Stretch Armstrong in my vacuum chamber with thumbtacks at the top in order to pop it! Before I put it in the vacuum chamber, first I put it in my microwave and talk about how sugar acts in the microwave (since Stretch Armstrong is made of sugar). Then I put the toy in the vacuum chamber while it is still hot and watch it expand and then when it reaches the top it pops! It is really neat to see the corn syrup pour out of it! Evolution The Evolution of Shape HD documentary Evolution is the change in the inherited characteristics of biological populations over successive generations. Evolutionary processes give rise to diversity at every level of biological organisation, including species, individual organisms and molecules such as DNA and proteins. All life on Earth is descended from a last universal ancestor that lived approximately 3.8 billion years ago. Repeated speciation and the divergence of life can be inferred from shared sets of biochemical and morphological traits, or by shared DNA sequences. These homologous traits and sequences are more similar among species that share a more recent common ancestor, and can be used to reconstruct evolutionary histories, using both existing species and the fossil record. Existing patterns of biodiversity have been shaped both by speciation and by extinction. Charles Darwin was the first to formulate a scientific argument for the theory of evolution by means of natural selection. Evolution by natural selection is a process inferred from three facts about populations: 1) more offspring are produced than can possibly survive, 2) traits vary among individuals, leading to different rates of survival and reproduction, and 3) trait differences are heritable. Thus, when members of a population die they are replaced by the progeny of parents better adapted to survive and reproduce in the environment in which natural selection takes place. This process creates and preserves traits that are seemingly fitted for the functional roles they perform. Natural selection is the only known cause of adaptation, but not the only known cause of evolution. Other, nonadaptive causes of evolution include mutation and genetic drift. In the early 20th century, genetics was integrated with Darwin's theory of evolution by natural selection through the discipline of population genetics. The importance of natural selection as a cause of evolution was accepted into other branches of biology. Moreover, previously held notions about evolution, such as orthogenesis and "progress" became obsolete. Scientists continue to study various aspects of evolution by forming and testing hypotheses, constructing scientific theories, using observational data, and performing experiments in both the field and the laboratory. Biologists agree that descent with modification is one of the most reliably established facts in science. Discoveries in evolutionary biology have made a significant impact not just within the traditional branches of biology, but also in other academic disciplines (e.g., anthropology and psychology) and on society at large.

EASY SCIENCE EXPERIMENTS Oil and water just don't mix but they do provide for some amazing hands-on science! There’s something very important about oil and water that you probably already know: oil doesn’t mix with water! That explains why oil spills on the ocean float on the surface and why throwing water on a grease fire is just going to make everything worse. Since you realize that oil and water don’t mix and never will (without some chemical help), let’s have some fun with how they repel each other! NOTE: Before you do this, make sure you’re working in the large tub. This effect is dramatic but the science you demonstrate can get lost in the mess you’ll be making! Set one of the identical containers in the tub. Fill the container to the brim with vegetable oil. In an identical second container also in the tub, add several drops of food coloring. The color choice is completely up to you. Fill the container to the brim with water. Set the playing card over the mouth of the container filled with vegetable oil. Hold it firmly in place. Lift the oil container, turn it upside-down, and line it up directly over the water-filled container. Set the oil in place over the container holding the water. Keep the card between the containers to let the liquids settle. Slowly and gently remove the playing card. What happens? The oil and water remain in their respective upper and lower containers. Now, repeat the process. (Basically, this means start over completely.) This time, turn the water container upside down and place it on top of the oil-filled container. Carefully remove the card and watch what happens. The water and oil trade places! If you wait long enough, it will look almost exactly opposite of how it started, too. First of all, you confirmed what you already knew… oil and water do not mix. The molecules of water can’t mix with the molecules of oil. Even if you try to shake up a bottle of half-oil and half-water, the oil just breaks up into smaller droplets, but it doesn’t truly mix with the water. Also, food coloring only mixes with water. It does not color the oil at all. If you see coloring in the oil, those are tiny droplets of water trapped in the oil. When you set the water container above the oil container and remove the card, the water sinks and the oil floats. They trade places! Oil floats on the surface because water is heavier than oil. Scientists say that water is denser than oil. This is why the oil always stays in the top container! Millions of songs, tales, books, films were written about it. It's created and vanished every second, throwing women and men into an emotional swirl – 'Love'. But what love exactly is – Scientifically? How is it created in our brains? Why it occupies our minds so much? How do we choose the one, and the next one…? What our genes tells us about parity? Is it built to last? During our talk we will answer these questions by reviewing cutting edge scientific research on love and parity. Armed with the fascinating scientific insights we will try to predict how human love and parity patterns will change in the future - changes that are already taking place right now. New studies on the genetic markers contained within the Y-chromosome have helped bring to light the story of human origins and humanities dispersion across the planet. This documentary, as part of the National Geographic Society's Genographic Project, follows project director Dr Spencer Wells as he retraces that incredible journey. Quran 4:1 O MANKIND! Be conscious of your Sustainer, who has created you out of one living entity, and out of it created its mate, and out of the two spread abroad a multitude of men and women. Out of the many meanings attributed to the term "nafs" — living entity, human being, humankind, etc — most of the classical commentators choose "human being" unwarrantably tying it to the literal biblical account of the creation of Adam and Eve. The rendering of nafs as "living entity" in the above translation is based upon the interpretation of the great Islamic scholar Muhammad Abduh (1849-1905) — who preferred the term "humankind". Its rendering as "one living entity" not only stresses the common origin and fellowship of the human race, which, undoubtedly, is the purport of the above verse, but also remains consistent with the Quranic descriptions of creation. 21:30 ARE, THEN, they who are bent on denying the truth not aware that the heavens and the earth were [once] one single entity, which We then parted asunder? — and [that] We made out of water every living thing? As regards the expression zawjaha ("its mate") it is to be noted that, with reference to animate beings, the term zawj ("a pair", "one of a pair" or "a mate") applies to both the male and female components of a pair or couple. The literal translation of minha as "out of it" clearly alludes, in conformity with the text, to the fact that male and female multicellular life has originated from a single primal organism, i.e. a eukaryotic cell or "one living entity". 15:28 And lo! Thy Sustainer said unto the angels: "Behold, I am about to create mortal man out of sounding clay, out of dark slime transmuted; (29) and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down before him in prostration!" There are many references in the Quran to humanities having been created out of turab ("dust") or out of tin ("clay"): both terms signifying the lowly biological origin of human life as well as the fact that the human body is composed of various organic and inorganic substances found within the earth. The term salsal ("dried clay that emits a sound", i.e. when struck) is used in the Quran with sole reference to the creation of humanity: seemingly alluding to the distinctly human ability to articulate conceptual thought. This salsal is stated to have evolved out of hama ("dark fetid mud" or "dark slime") while the participial adjective masnun, which qualifies this noun, signifies both "altered" (i.e. in its composition) and "brought into shape": the term being rendered in the verse as "transmuted". What we have here is a description of the primeval biological environment out of which the "sounding clay" — the matrix of the human body — has evolved in accordance with God's plan of creation. The breathing of God's spirit into the "fully formed" human body is clearly a metaphor for the divine endowment of human consciousness and, hence, of a human soul. 7:22 But as soon as the two had tasted [the fruit] of the tree, they became conscious of their nakedness; and they began to cover themselves with pieced-together leaves from the garden. The change from the dual to the plural form of address in verses 7:24 and 20:123 ("saying: 'Down with you all ...'") makes it clear that the story of Adam and Eve is, fundamentally, an allegory of human destiny. In their earlier state of existence human beings were unaware of good and evil and, therefore, of the ever-present possibility of making a choice between the two. In other words, they lived, like all other animal species on earth, in the light of their instincts alone. Around the flickering fire, hominids danced and clapped and voiced distinctive sounds in imitation of bird song, animal calls and warnings. Voiced repeatedly, the ritual noises began to acquire symbolic meaning. The ritual followed the hunt and the new sounds were used for identification, coordination and preplanning. For gatherers, the sounds became objects, quantities, qualities and were worked into nursery rhymes. The intellectual was superimposed with the metric in ever greater ordered complexity until, about 200,000 years ago, "Y-chromosomal Adam" and "Mitochondrial Eve" were born with an advanced set of genes and awoke to the nature of the Spirit via the "forbidden fruit" of language. Designated in the Bible as "the tree of life" and "the tree of knowledge of good and evil" Genesis 2:9, contemplative thought and faith allowed modern humans to know and worship God marking a revolutionary new stage of evolution. Electricity is the physical flow of electrons, referred to as an electrical current. Electricity is an energy carrier that efficiently delivers the energy found in primary sources to end users, who in turn convert it into energy services. Electricity is all around us–powering technology like our cell phones, computers, lights, soldering irons, and air conditioners. It’s tough to escape it in our modern world. Even when you try to escape electricity, it’s still at work throughout nature, from the lightning in a thunderstorm to the synapses inside our body. But what exactly is electricity? This is a very complicated question, and as you dig deeper and ask more questions, there really is not a definitive answer, only abstract representations of how electricity interacts with our surroundings. Electricity is a natural phenomenon that occurs throughout nature and takes many different forms. In this tutorial we’ll focus on current electricity: the stuff that powers our electronic gadgets. Our goal is to understand how electricity flows from a power source through wires, lighting up LEDs, spinning motors, and powering our communication devices. Electricity is briefly defined as the flow of electric charge, but there’s so much behind that simple statement. Where do the charges come from? How do we move them? Where do they move to? How does an electric charge cause mechanical motion or make things light up? So many questions! To begin to explain what electricity is we need to zoom way in, beyond the matter and molecules, to the atoms that make up everything we interact with in life. This tutorial builds on some basic understanding of physics, force, energy, atoms, and fields in particular. We’ll gloss over the basics of each of those physics concepts, but it may help to consult other sources as well. Electricity can be created in three ways: The most common is through electro-magnetic conversion, where electricity is generated by moving an electric conductor, such as a wire, inside a magnetic field. The most practical example of this method is a generator connected to a turbine. The turbine provides the motion required to move the conductor in the generator. This energy for motion can come from various technologies, for example wind turbines, hydropower, or the steam created from heat produced in nuclear fission or coal combustion. Electricity can also be created through a chemical reaction, for example in a battery or fuel cell. Finally, electricity can be created through solid-state conversion, wherein electricity is generated using the structure and properties of a solid. The specially constructed solid consists of different molecules packed closely together that create an electric current when stimulated. An example of a technology that utilizes solid state conversion is a solar PV cell.

Gases are everywhere, and this is good news and bad news for chemists. The good news: when they are behaving themselves, it's extremely easy to describe their behavior theoretically, experimentally and mathematically. The bad news is they almost never behave themselves. In this episode of Crash Course Chemistry, Hank tells how the work of some amazing thinkers combined to produce the Ideal Gas Law, how none of those people were Robert Boyle, and how the ideal gas equation allows you to find out pressure, volume, temperature or number of moles. *** PLEASE WATCH WITH ANNOTATIONS ON! SOME INACCURACIES IN GRAPHICS ARE NOTED AND CORRECTED IN ANNOTATIONS. THANKS! *** Molecules come in infinite varieties, so in order to help the complicated chemical world make a little more sense, we classify and categorize them. One of the most important of those classifications is whether a molecule is polar or non-polar, which describes a kind of symmetry - not just of the molecule, but of the charge. In this edition of Crash Course Chemistry, Hank comes out for Team Polar, and describes why these molecules are so interesting to him. You'll learn that molecules need to have both charge asymmetry and geometric asymmetry to be polar, and that charge asymmetry is caused by a difference in electronegativities. You'll also learn how to notate a dipole moment (or charge separation) of a molecule, the physical mechanism behind like dissolves like, and why water is so dang good at fostering life on Earth. -- Table of Contents Charge Assymetry & Geometric Asymmetry 01:33 Difference in Electronegatives 01:49 Hank is Team Polar 00:33 Dipole Moment 03:49 Charge Separation of a Molecule 04:12 Like Dissolves Like 04:41 Water is Awesome 05:10 -- Want to find Crash Course elsewhere on the internet? DescriptionMolecular Bliss creates jewelry to inspire, encourage and motivate! Hello and welcome to our Veteran owned business! We are creating a new and unique molecular-inspired line of jewelry for both men and women. Each molecule is cast in 14K solid gold or sterling silver (with more options coming soon) in your choice of all 12 birthstones representing the molecular bonds. The first molecules are in the form of neurotransmitters Serotonin, Dopamine, Norepinephrine, and Gaba. Our second group of molecules include wine, hops, caffeine and DMT (the spirit molecule). We believe these molecules have significance in many people's lives and induce the amazing feelings from the neurotransmitter line. We're not stopping at these 8 molecules though, we'll be adding more as we're able! The idea is to have a constant visual reminder of the amazing feelings that are within each of us. Life can get tough, so we chose these specifically to bring out the emotions of happiness, pleasure or feel good, focus or motivation, and calm (respectively). The visual reminders are in the form of necklaces, earrings, lapel pins, tie tacks, brooches, cufflinks, and rings.

To stop “living” : to end “life” in a specified state or condition? Review of Hemant Mehta’s video: “What do Atheists Believe Happens When we Die? (2013): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6tLsO5bchU With focus on the term “die”, being that this, according to modern physicochemical science, does not exist. http://www.eoht.info/page/Defunct+theory+of+life http://www.eoht.info/page/Life+does+not+exist Terminology upgrades page: http://www.eoht.info/page/Life+terminology+upgrades “When physics and chemistry have entered on their description of the perceptible, life disappears from the scene, and consequently death. Both are anthropisms.” — Charles Sherrington (1938), Man on His Nature “We should abandon the term ‘alive’.” — Francis Crick (1966), Of Molecules and Men

Amen Ra is a living testament to the power of intermittent fasting. He eats only one meal a day, eats no meat, yet has a warrior physique and is a world weight lifting champion. This inspirational video is so full of eye opening information about the vegan diet, maximum life extension, fasting, meditation, yoga, the dangers of glycation and how sugar ages the body. Eating less lengthens lifespan, where eating a lot shortens it. HGH human growth hormone is increased in the body when fasting. This is great inspiration for fat loss, healthy vegetarian diet, muscle building and how powerful the results can be when determination, focus, willpower and steadfastness can be attained. Amen-Ra eats beans, rice, grains, peanut butter and plant-based supplements and teas. For those interested in all natural drug-free bodybuilding, enjoy this super informative video! There are several things you can do and things you need to know in order to promote life longevity. Fasting is healthy for you. You don’t have to animal products in order to have muscles. It’s important to eat healthy and exercise. Subjecting yourself to self imposed discipline is the surest way to increase the quality of your existence to you. You will not waste away if you fast daily http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/295914.php Studies of intermittent fasting show that not only do people see improvements in blood pressure and their cholesterol levels, but also in their insulin sensitivity. https://authoritynutrition.com/10-health-benefits-of-intermittent-fasting/ Here are some of the the changes that occur in your body during fasting: Insulin levels: Blood levels of insulin drop significantly, which facilitates fat burning Human growth hormone: The blood levels of growth hormone may increase as much as 5-fold. Higher levels of this hormone facilitate fat burning and muscle gain, and have numerous other benefits. Cellular repair: The body induces important cellular repair processes, such as removing waste material from cells. Gene expression: There are beneficial changes in several genes and molecules related to longevity and protection against disease. You don’t have to eat animal products in order to have muscles. http://www.pcrm.org/health/diets/vsk/vegetarian-starter-kit-protein Many nutrition authorities, including the American Dietetic Association, believe protein needs can easily be met by consuming a variety of plant protein sources over an entire day. To get the best benefit from the protein you consume, it is important to eat enough calories to meet your energy needs. Sugars age you. http://www.sugarscience.org/latest-sugarscience-research.html#.WBu1-SS33vs Growing scientific evidence shows that eating too much added sugar is linked to serious diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease and liver disease. Sugar Science is based on a comprehensive review of more than 8,000 scientific studies on the health impacts of sugar. http://time.com/3513875/soda-may-age-you-as-much-as-smoking/ Nobody would mistake sugary soda for a health food, but a new study published in the American Journal of Public Health just found that a daily soda habit can age your immune cells almost two years. Stay close to nature http://bmjopen.bmj.com/content/4/4/e004951. Growing evidence suggests that close contact with nature brings benefits to human health and well-being, but the proposed mechanisms are still not well understood and the associations with health remain uncertain. The Positive Health Effects of the Natural Outdoor environment in Typical Populations in different regions in Europe, PHENOTYPE, project investigates the interconnections between natural outdoor environments and better human health and well-being. http://prime.peta.org/2012/11/longer http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/health-and-families/health-news/vegan-meat-life-expectancy-eggs-dairy-research-a7168036.html

The origin of life needs its own explanation. Scientists don't currently have a complete explanation for life's origins, but different labs around the globe are looking into the idea that life may have emerged from chemistry. In this animation you will learn why they are studying this idea, and you'll get to see a few of the fascinating things they have discovered. Here are some links for further learning (organized by topic): OVERVIEW OF CURRENT RESEARCH Here David Deamer gives a wonderful overview of our current understanding of the origin of life. Entanglement is a confluence of consciousness( magnetic fields). Everything is entangled. In this video I use DNA as the example. DNA is in an entangled state meaning the trillions of DNA molecules in the human body function as one consciousness. This is part of the physics of consciousness. Understanding entanglement and how it works is powerful in enhancing your ability to create.
