Dead Sea (Ezekiel) Prophecy Fulfilled ! Israel News! Fish swimming along Dead Sea's shores!

09:36
“And it shall come to pass in that day that living waters shall go out from Yerushalayim: half of them toward the eastern sea and half of them toward the western sea; in summer and in winter shall it be.” Zechariah 14:8 (The Israel Bible™) Then said he unto me: ‘These waters issue forth toward the eastern region and shall go down into the Arabah; and when they shall enter into the sea into the sea of the putrid waters the waters shall be healed. And it shall come to pass that every living creature wherewith it swarmeth whithersoever the rivers shall come shall live; and there shall be a very great multitude of fish; for these waters are come thither that all things be healed and may live whithersoever the river cometh. Ezekiel 47:8-9 (The Israel Bible) Almost ten times saltier than the ocean, nothing can live in the Dead Sea’s hyper-saline environment – Or so scientists thought until recently. Scientific research has proved the existence of life at the bottom of the sea, but due to a unique set of circumstances, signs of life have begun appearing on its very shores, precisely as it is written in the Book of Prophets in the Bible. A young woman on a nature hike was shocked recently when she discovered freshwater ponds with fish on the shores of the Dead Sea. Samantha Siegel, a Jewish woman living in Jerusalem, often takes trips to the desert and the ancient body of water. On a recent visit, she encountered an incongruous sight with powerful implications: a prophecy appearing before her eyes that seemed to contradict the laws of nature.... Most SPOOKY Sea Creatures In The World!

11:18
Check out the Most SPOOKY Sea Creatures In The Ocean! From terrifying deep sea monsters to mysterious and bizarre animals, this top 10 list of weird ocean creatures will amaze you! Subscribe For New Videos! http://goo.gl/UIzLeB Watch our "REAL Mermaid Sightings Around The World!" video here: https://youtu.be/ChM0CBRmVsM Watch our "10 Sea Monsters ATTACKING A Boat!" video here: https://youtu.be/0XROvoPCDNc Watch our "STRANGEST Animals People Keep As Pets!" video here: https://youtu.be/OMa96nPqz-Y 7. Northern Stargazer Astroscopus guttatus is a strange-looking fish that’s known more commonly as the Northern Stargazer. In paradoxical contrast to its romantic-sounding name, the Northern Stargazer is, for lack of a better term, unattractive, if not downright homely. It dwells at the bottom of the Chesapeake Bay and along the eastern seaboard of the United States, from North Carolina to New York, in waters up to 120 feet deep. So if you live around here, keep an eye out! 6. Giant Squid Until 2006, the existence of the giant squid was considered to be barely more realistic than that of the Yeti, the Loch Ness Monster, Sasquatch, and dozens of other creatures that were rumored to exist, but remained largely relegated to mythological status. The only thing that placed the giant squid a notch or two above the rest of those creatures were the scars left on whales and the discovery of their carcasses by fishermen after having floated to the water’s surface. 5. Black Dragonfish The black dragonfish is a deep-sea dweller that resides about 2,000 meters below the ocean’s surface. The amazing thing about this guy is that is represents one of the most extreme cases of sexual dimorphism, which refers to a distinct difference between the sexes in size or appearance that exceeds the fundamental difference between sexual organs. 4. Deep Sea Anglerfish Like the black dragonfish, male deep sea anglerfish are smaller than females. In this case, some male species of anglerfish are parasitic, and subsist by attaching themselves to the body of a female. While they may not have a gut, they do have teeth! 3. Goblin Shark The goblin shark is a rare species of deep-sea shark. It’s the only surviving relative of a 125-million-year-old lineage known as the family Mitsukurinidae. Because of this, the goblin shark has earned the nickname “living fossil.” The goblin shark’s distinctive appearance is creepy to begin with: it’s pink-skinned with an elongated, flattened snout that resembles a sword blade. 2. Blobfish Our next spooky sea creature is, quite possibly, the world’s ugliest animal. I don’t know, between this and the deep sea angler fish, which one do you think?? Let me know in the comments below!! It goes through life doing exactly what you’d probably expect a blob to do - not much. In the deep waters off the coasts of Australia, Tasmania, and New Zealand that it calls home, the blobfish survives essentially by drifting around on the ocean floor at great depths and eating whatever appears in front of it, namely deepwater crustaceans. 1. Frilled Shark At first glance, the frilled shark looks like something you might see in a science fiction movie - perhaps, for example, an unlikely hybrid between an eel and a shark. The frilled shark however, is real. Like the goblin shark, it’s often referred to as a “living fossil,” a nickname that alludes to the minimal change the species has undergone since prehistoric times. Can you fish in the Dead Sea?

01:06
The Dead Sea in Israel is the lowest place on earth. You arrive in the middle of the desert and before you is an expanse of water that has no life in it - no fish - just a lot of salt. In fact the only thing living in there are tourists that bob up and down on the surface, marvelling at the way they can float. However, looking ahead at a promise from the Lord God in Ezekiel 47:8-10 it says: ‘He said to me, "This water flows toward the eastern region and goes down into the Arabah, where it enters the Dead Sea. When it empties into the sea, the salty water there becomes fresh. Swarms of living creatures will live wherever the river flows. There will be large numbers of fish, because this water flows there and makes the salt water fresh; so where the river flows everything will live. Fishermen will stand along the shore; from En Gedi to En Eglaim there will be places for spreading nets. The fish will be of many kinds - like the fish of the Mediterranean Sea”’. So if you want to float... you'd better get there quick! This film is posted here with the permission of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism. Weird fish dug out of sand

Poison Spined and Electric! Mate, I had no idea this type of fish lived in our area, I had some vague knowledge of them but thought they only lived at the bottom of Australia. Pretty impressive the way they bury themselves and from what I understand now you definitely don't want to step on one (let alone pick it). Stargazers are a really wild fish and I'm stoked to have come in contact with this fella first hand, but I hope to never meet one again Haha! Merch - https://www.morningtidefishing.com/

Millions of tons of fish are just dying for no reason. END TIMES !!!

08:55
Over a third of fish in our oceans have now died. And its only getting worse. The Bible speaks of these matters in the book of revelations. It says this is a sign that our Lords return is imminent. Hosea 4:3 “Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.” ◄ Revelation 8:9 ► A third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

WORST Invasive Parasites Found In Fish

14:02
Take a look at some invasive parasites! From zombie fish to flesh eating parasites to tongue eating lice and holes in fish heads, these parasites are really dangerous! SUBSCRIBE for the latest videos: https://goo.gl/7xzjzR` 4. Hexamita (hole in head) Just missing out on being in the top three is a parasite known as ‘hexamita’ which mainly causes the disease ‘Head and Lateral Line Erosion’ or simply ‘Hole in the head’. As hexamita starts its life inside the fish, it will reside in the intestinal tract and move throughout the host invading vital organs including the kidneys. In order to spread its spores, it needs to escape through lesions made in the head of the fish - which is then known as ‘Hole in the head’. Starting out with small indents in the head; the parasite causes initially mild conditions - including discolouration and those lesions I mentioned earlier. However, when left untreated, these small holes in the head grow larger and deeper - attracting bacteria and fungi to invade the exposed lesions and holes in the fish’s head that parasite spores escape from. It is these that cause death in the fish as the creature will eventually lose its appetite and succumb to the infection. 3. Roundworms (nematodes) Hitting in at number three is a special contender - it’s the ‘roundworm’, or more commonly known as a nematode. What makes it so special? Well, it’s simply because of how diverse they are! They can affect everything from fish, to insects, to mammals, and that includes humans like you and I. We call these types of organism ‘zoonotic’, as they can thrive in different species - similar to the fish tapeworms which came in at number 5! There are thousands of different species of roundworms, but they all work in a similar sort of way. They can cause anaemia which is a loss of red blood cells, they can hemorrhage fish and cause them to lose their balance when swimming. They also tend to fray the fish’s gills meaning that the host can’t take in the required oxygen to survive - often choking it to death or causing it to become slow and confused. They often hook into important body parts and sap energy and nutrients from them, including the liver and digestional tract. Even though these creatures are ‘zoonotic’, they might not always show the same symptoms from host to host. In humans, symptoms are usually less fatal and can cause us to have rashes, diarrhea, stomach pains and general malaise (that’s a feeling of unwellness). They are also known to cause us to lose our appetite and to lose weight. In 2012, a man from Brazil caught a zoonotic nematode after eating raw sashimi - two weeks later he was diagnosed with a parasite which caused his back to blister into red lesions. 2. Rhizocephala Rhizocephala are very similar to the shark infesting Anelasama; however, these barnacles serve as parasites to crabs. Female crabs have a ‘brood pouch’, where she keeps her eggs; this is mainly how the rhizocephala attacks its host. After being infected through a joint, the crab will have the parasite racing through its feeding tubes until they reach the brooding pouch. The rhizocephala then completely destroys the eggs inside the pouch, destroys the pouch itself and replaces it with itself; the crab is now infertile and is manipulated by the parasite to believe that it still has an egg pouch - meaning the female crab goes out of her way to protect the parasite. Well, that’s lucky for male crabs! Don’t be so sure… this parasite also attacks the brain of male crabs making them produce feminine hormones - causing the crab to believe it has an egg sack itself; and infecting it the same way… yikes! I wonder what can be worse than a parasite that tricks you into caring for it?... wait to you see what we have next... 1.Cymothoa exigua (tongue eating louse) Taking top place is the tongue eating louse, a completely destructive and terrifying parasite that has a very particular way of working. After entering the host through its gills, the louse will find the tongue of the fish. While attaching itself, it attempts to sever all the blood vessels in the tongue. The lack of blood coming to the tongue then causes necrosis (this is the scientific for dying tissue). The necrosis of the tongue kills all of the tissue making it fall off! With just a stub left, the louse attaches itself to the base of what was the fish’s tongue and replaces itself forever. Once the fish dies, the louse will detach itself from the tongue and then just reattach itself to the outside of the fish, gaining more nutrients there. What makes this worse is that this process takes a while, so many people have found fish with no tongues in their shopping! While the fish has the parasite attached, it can still use it as a real tongue with no real detriment to its health. A spooky parasite, this is the only known one in the animal kingdom to become a fully functioning organ when attached!

10 MOST DANGEROUS OCEAN CREATURES IN THE WORLD

10:17
10 Most Dangerous Water Animals In The World ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] There are many different types of creatures that live in streams, lakes, seas and oceans. And while many of these creatures are harmless, there are many that are incredibly dangerous if you happen to have an encounter with them. These dangerous animals lurk beneath the surface of the water in a world vastly different than ours, and must be deadly to survive. Join us as we take a look at 10 of the most dangerous water creatures. 10. Australian Box Jellyfish – This creature is not one to be messed around with if you happen to swim into a swarm of them. And while they may seem harmless, the Australian box jellyfish is considered to be the most venomous marine animal in the world. They have tentacles that are covered with tiny darts called nematocysts, and they are loaded with poison. 9. Flower Urchin – Beautiful but deadly, these sea urchins are extremely venomous. They look like a bouquet of small flowers; to which they get their name from. They feed on invertebrates, sponges, and dead fish, and have well developed jaws for grinding up their prey. 8. The Saltwater Crocodile – Evolving around 200 million years in the Mesozoic epoch, crocodiles have far outlived the dinosaurs. The Salt water crocodile is the world’s largest reptile, and they have been known to grow up to 27 feet long and weigh 2,465 lbs. 7. Textile Cone Snail – Mother nature teaches us that anything in nature that is beautiful, is most likely deadly, and a warning to predators and humans to not touch or disturb them. This holds true for the Textile Cone Snail. 6. The Sea Snake – These highly venomous marine snakes are closely related and belong to the same family as the cobra. There are two independently evolved groups: the true sea snakes which are related to Australian terrestrial elapids, and the sea kraits which are related to Asian cobras. 5. The Lionfish – Lionfish are skilled hunters, using specialized bilateral swim bladder muscles to provide exquisite control of location in the water column, allowing the fish to alter its center of gravity to better attack prey. The lionfish then spreads its large pectoral fins and swallows its prey in a single motion. 4. The Stingray – Stingrays are a group of rays, which are cartilaginous fish related to sharks, and are one of the oceans deadliest creatures. Most stingrays have one or more barbed stingers on their tails, which are used exclusively for self-defense. 3. Blue-Ringed Octopus – This octopus has some of the most striking colors of any ocean creature. They get their name from the brightly blue colored rings on its body. 2. Needlefish – These strange looking creatures are very slender, and have a single dorsal fin, placed far back on the body. Needlefish are capable of making short jumps out of the water at up to 37 mph. Since Needlefish swim near the surface, they often leap over the decks of shallow boats rather than going around. 1. The Moray Eel - Most attacks stem from disruption of a moray's burrow to which they react strongly, but an increasing number of accidents also occur during hand feeding of morays by divers, an activity often used by dive companies to attract tourists.

Salton Sea, California. Thousands of Dried Up Dead Fish , March 2018

March 2018, I went onto exploring California’s worst-ever environmental disaster. Here I am filming the dried up dead fish on the shores of the Salton Sea. This is our next level of advocacy, seeking the opportunity to tie similar global environment causes together. The Salton Sea is California's largest lake and has been shrinking for years. Fish and birds have been dying. The dry lake bottom already spews toxic dust into the air, threatening a region with hundreds of thousands of people. For more than a century, the lake has been sustained by water from the Colorado river. Now this water flow will be cut dramatically, causing the lake to shrink faster than ever before and sending more toxic dust blowing through low-income, largely Latino farming communities. The ecosystem is starting to collapse. The lake is already saltier than the ocean, and the remaining fish will soon die out as the salinity rises.

Half-human Half-fish MERMAID Washed Up On A Beach In Hawaii

04:04
For years now, there have been reported sightings of mermaid-like creatures in Kilauea Falls, Hawaii. But without proof, these eyewitness reports and stories have been dismissed as old wives’ tales and tourism lures. Much like is said about the Loch Ness Monster in Scotland. But these stunning photographs below could well dispel that. They appear to show the body of one of the mysterious half-human/half-fish creatures, washed up on the beach. There’s been no official explanation of the appearance from any Hawaiian authorities, although eyewitness testimonials say that governments officials and scientists were quick on the scene to remove the body. Until now, evidence of aquatic humanoids have been confined to grainy photographs and unclear video footage. But this as yet unidentified creature could well prove to be our finest proof that these famed beings exist. You can clearly see the distinguishing upper body features are that of a human female. And lower down, the bottom half is undoubtedly the kind of body one would expect to find on a sea animal, specifically a fish. The body was only recently discovered and is thought to be currently undergoing tests to determine its origin and potential authenticity at The University of Hawaii’s Institute of Marine Biology in Kaneohe. A thorough examination of the animal should prove conclusive and could, potentially, change the way we look at nature. Sightings of mermaids – and mermen – date back hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Famed explorers such as Christopher Columbus and Captain John Smith (of Pocahontas fame) wrote of their experiences with them whilst exploring the ocean. Smith saw ‘a big-eyed, green-haired mermaid in 1614 off the coast of Newfoundland’ and even claimed to feel ‘love’ for her. that was until he realized that she was in fact a fish from the waist down… Earlier sightings of mermaids on the site where the corpse was washed up have stimulated debate about the potential existence of such things. Here’s what appears to be a mermaid on a rock, just a few hundred metres from where this latest being was found. In 2012, The United States National Ocean Service declared officially that ‘no evidence of mermaids has ever been found’. Might this latest discovery change all that? Maybe. Maybe not. The skeletal remains of what appeared to be a mermaid washed up on a beach in Egypt in 1997 (see below). Tests proved inconclusive, but scientists couldn’t rule out the possibility that what was found was mermaid in origin. Many at the time said that authorities were quick to dismiss the notion without conducting enough in-depth tests. Could it really be a mermaid? Is there another explanation? We look forward to finding out when the lab results come back…

Luke Perry Fukushima Death Dr Prescribed Fish ☢ Dead Stroke

Luke Perry Says I Eat a lot more fish! As a result of his doctors discovering the growths, Perry changed his diet to decrease his risk of colorectal cancer. "I have significantly cut down on the amount of red meat I eat," he revealed. "I used to be a steak and potatoes kind of guy — now it's just for special occasions. I eat a lot more fish. Sounds like he got bad medical advice. Perry's last big health scare was in 2015, when "precancerous growths" were found in his body after he underwent a colonoscopy. Perry later spoke out about checking for colorectal cancer in a 2017 interview Luke Perry's dead from a reported stroke. Perry was said to be experiencing "bad back problems" before his major health scare, which had to be "surgically fixed," according to the actor's neighbor who spoke with Radar Online. But, besides any issues he had with his back, Perry otherwise appeared to be in good health. Those who lived nearby claim that Perry could often be seen doing "regular exercise routines" and walking his dogs. He also reportedly frequented a gym "down the street" from his house in Sherman Oaks, Calif. And, according to SheKnows, Perry, 52, had no known health problems. https://www.nickiswift.com/146655/the-problems-luke-perry-suffered-before-his-massive-stroke/?utm_campaign=clip Famous Chef Dies From Fukushima Fatima Ali Cancer Ate Seafood https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgGoMixj5BE Brain-rotting toxin killing huge numbers of marine animals on California coast — Die-offs skyrocket over past week — Expert: “It’s worst year we’ve ever seen” — Mass deaths of sea lions, dolphins, birds — Officials warn outbreak is spreading A local rescue group is getting flooded with calls about sick or dead sea lions showing up on Santa Barbara beaches… Sick and confused, dozens of sea lions are appearing on Santa Barbara beaches with signs of brain damage https://web.archive.org/web/20170511214401/http://enenews.com/brain-rotting-toxin-killing-huge-numbers-of-marine-animals-on-california-coast-expert-this-is-the-worst-year-we-have-ever-seen-mass-deaths-of-birds-sea-lions-dolphins-officials-warn-ou Fish leaking pus, covered in lesions, deformed along US West Coast — Fisherman: Nearly all fish caught affected; “I’ve never seen this… Some had pus all over body” — Official: So many are showing illness, environmental conditions could be a factor Chefornak, Alaska; White Fish (C. nelsonii) with Saprolegnia Fungus — Observation: Pus found on white fish (Coregonus nelsonii) from Chakchak, Alaska. Hail the Sun - There's Plenty of Fish in the Sea (Too Bad You're Not a Fish)

04:20
Artist: Hail The Sun Song: There's Plenty of Fish in the Sea (Too Bad You're Not a Fish) Album: POW! Right In The Kisser! Released: May 21st, 2010 Purchase: hailthesun.bandcamp.com Lyrics: I've realized I was out of line Every single time I bullied you to talk to me My heart starts to control my mind Thinking of the time that I last said goodbye. Reminding you you're the only one for me Oh no! Your scent is on my clothes And I'm suffocating in it. The word beautiful doesn't do you justice The word beautiful doesn't do you justice at all! The word mesmerized doesn't do me justice, This magnetic pull I feel between just us You might think I was joking When I kept asking Where you kept your wings Angel, It's killing me to know, That I might have to let you go On the street, that day we met Right then you grabbed my soul And took it to the greatest place it'd ever know I melt when your eyes are on me, Stop it can't you see You're weakening my knees Your hair looks perfect in the breeze I hold your hand and squeeze Suddenly I beg you please Can I turn away? My mouth is open wide And out come the butterflies. I overreact in fear I overreact in fear But that's no excuse for my actions Guess who chose (guess who chose) To want nothing more Just know you had my love (you had my love) You had my love (I wonder how you are) (Was this your way to get it through your head) You've done things that others cannot undo You know that I adore you But I think we've reached the peak You're trapped in the debris Bella, You're perfect how you are You're the wish that shooting stars Help come true Bella, Fourteen months ago I would never know That you'd mean so much to me.

I Stole A Sick Fish From A Store

Comment, like, share this story. Rowan and her friend were just driving around, ranting about something - she can't even remember what it was - and they were just in one of those moods that teenagers get into. Rebellious. Wanting to do something truly not good. So, of course, they went to Walmart. Now, here's the thing about Rowan - she LOVES fish. She wants to major in Marine Biology, spends a ton of time studying and researching ocean life, and just happened to have a clean and new 10 gallon fish tank sitting at home, just waiting for fish. She was known as a student who loved fish, the "Fish Girl." If that was weird or not or if kids made fun of her, she didn't not care. Fish were her thing. A light bulb went off. And even though inside, there was a part of her trying to get her not to suggest what she was about to suggest, she couldn't help it. The combination of her rebellious mood and her love of fish overcame her - "LET'S STEAL A FISH!" Her friend Bianca couldn't believe what she heard - this wasn't like Rowan at all. Bianca didn't think they were actually going to go through with it - so she went along. But Rowan was serious. They get to the pets, small animals, and fish section of the store and there, all by itself in a tiny little bowl, was a little blue Betta fish. It looked a little sick, with tattered fins, sort of swimming on its side. A sick fish, the perfect thing to steal and for the right reasons. It touched Rowan's heart, and all of sudden, it wasn't only about lifting a fish and doing something not good, it was about saving this little Betta from its sad Walmart fate. When Bianca saw the sad sick fish, she was totally in, and Rowan came up with a plan. She told Bianca to go to the Fem Care aisle and get a box of pads, and then they emptied the pads into Bianca's purse. Then, they took the container that the beta fish was in, and dropped it into the empty box - a perfect fit. Neither of them had ever stolen anything in their lives, never shoplifted, and the minute they started walking toward the checkout counter they became nervous wrecks. They were shaking, and sweating, looking around, and Rowan started moving really slowly, over thinking it all. Finally, they get to the checkout and pay for the box of pads, but NOT THE FISH! They did it, success, and they walk out to the car, when Bianca realizes she can't find her keys. They're nowhere, AND so they have to take their stolen fish back into the Wal Mart to look for the keys, which they don't find. And, only when they've given up and go back to the car to call a Mom, when they see the keys are sitting in the car. All of that extra fear for no reason! When they finally get into the car she takes the fish out of the box - Gilbert - for his gills,.... Not only had she done something truly not good - stealing a fish - but she had also done something really good - freeing Gilbert from his terrible life in the pet section. She was super proud of her self, she saved a fish, but she also felt morally ambiguous - and didn't really mind the feeling at all. In fact, she loved it! She realized that she never cleared the whole bringing a fish home to live with her thing with her parents, so, they concocted a whole elaborate story about a friend giving her the fish, and so, when she gets home she also realizes that her 10 gallon tank isn't ready for Gilbert. She has to use a big cheese snacks container as a temporary home while the big tank gets prepared, but even in that Gilbert is like a brand new fish! When he finally got into his new tank, it was like a while new world for him - he's living the life of a king now. So, even though she really did do something not good, really, it ended up being something really good. She's not suggesting that others do the same, of course not, but her story happens to have turned out for the best, for her, and for Gilbert the Beta Fish. While this is a funny video, it is also one that makes you think and wonder if she did the right thing. She believes that in this case stealing was the right thing to do to save the life on an animal, or in this case, a beta fish. - - - LINKS: Website: http://www.storybooth.com Instagram: @thestorybooth twitter @thestorybooth https://www.instagram.com/thestorybooth G+: https://plus.google.com/+Storybooth Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thestorybooth/ Tumblr: https://storybooth.tumblr.com/ If you liked this storybooth animation and love storytime kid videos, watch our themed playlist collections: Being Yourself: https://goo.gl/89enEN Love and Heartbreak: https://goo.gl/mfaoKw Embarrassing and Funny: https://goo.gl/5GjxrW Bullies and Mean People: https://goo.gl/THS3LB Overcoming Challenges: https://goo.gl/pbxRa9

Who Lives at the Bottom of the Bermuda Triangle?

09:11
There is one special place that simultaneously terrifies and has unexplainable pull: 300 ships gone missing, 75 aircrafts never found; you're right, that's all about the Bermuda Triangle. Few people are aware of what the life is like at the bottom of the Bermuda Triangle – are you ready to meet the most shocking and scary creatures ever? Dragonfish live at the staggering depth of 5 to 7 thousand feet. This fish looks quite terrifying, with its black coloring and the light it produces on its own. Unlike other deep-water inhabitants, dragonfish produces light in the infrared range while the blue and green range is what other fish stick to. Vampire Squid has the largest eyes in terms of proportions in the world and is born to live in the depth. These animals are also covered with photophores which distract predators and lure prey. The mouth of the gulper eel is loosely hinged which makes it extremely wide and big. In fact, the length of the jaw of the eel reaches one-fourth of the length of their body. Despite being the owner of an enormous mouth, the gulper eel has tiny teeth, and this means that it isn't supposed to prey on large animals. The Goblin Shark reaches 13 ft in size and is also called the Vampire Shark due to the fact that it avoids light at all cost. Due to this feature, you can see the shark in its natural habitat only if you go as deep as 890 to 4300 ft. Pharynx, a complex feeding apparatus that helps Eunice Aphroditois catch the prey, can turn inside out, not unlike glove fingers. It has strong and extremely sharp mandibles which can easily cut the prey in half due to the strength and speed of the worm's attack. These are just some of the creatures that lurk in the depth of the Bermuda Triangle. Who knows what other unbelievable horror-movie beasts we can meet there? Nobody knows for sure what makes crafts disappear in this area. -Dragonfish looks quite terrifying, with its black coloring and the light it produces on its own in case of danger. -The Vampire Squid has is bright red eyes and crimson cloak that looks like webbing. In case of a threat, these creatures can invert their skin exposing their spines. -The pouch-like structure of the lower jaw allows the eel to deposit its prey there. Even the stomach of the eel can stretch so much that the creature can hold there a huge amount of food. -The Goblin Shark reaches 13 ft in size and is also called the Vampire Shark due to the fact that it avoids light at all cost. As soon as the prey appears in the vicinity, the jaw of the shark will elongate and grab it. -The worm buries itself in the seafloor with just a fraction of its body exposed. It has five antennae it uses to sense the prey. Food Chain Fishing Challenge - Tiny Fish to Giant Fish

11:00
In this episode, Veloce and I started fishing with bare hooks, catching tiny fish and using them for bait to catch giant fish in the Food Chain Fishing Challenge! We tied a sabiki rig to a light rod on a 3000 size reel, threw it out and within seconds V pulled up a string of threadfin! We proceeded to catch around 30 more baits before we decided to move on to the next step in the food chain. Now that we had our baitfish we could throw them out for our next predator, the Bonito. Veloce hooked his first one of the day within minutes and it was a solid one! We threw it in the ice and decided to catch a few more. While V was playing with the baits, I hooked up onto another really nice bonito! It fought me all the way to the back of the boat, and as the fish began to come up, we caught a glance at the next predator, who then ate the bonito. So it was time for the next step. I pulled out the handline, grabbed our bonito, and told V all the rules to catching these giant fish. He said let's do it, and I dropped the dead bonito down to the bottom. After a few good thumps, we finally get an eat! Veloce, Kris and I pulled on it with all our strength! When the fish began to rise up, V saw that he had just pulled in a Goliath Grouper! We proceeded to get the hook out, and as I sent it down, he took my glove with it! After the humor of watching Carl and Carl Seniors attempt to handline a Goliath, we decided to wrap up the day due to thunderstorms moving in and stronger winds. Veloce and I had an outstanding day and accomplished the goal we set out to accomplish, to start out with bare hooks move up the Food Chain of the ocean! ▼ Book a Fishing adventure with Slob City Charters: http://bit.ly/slob-city-charters ▼ To learn more about the species of fish caught in this video, click the links below: • Bonito (False Albacore) → http://bit.ly/false-albacore • Goliath Grouper → http://bit.ly/goliathgrouper ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ABOUT BLACKTIPH ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ BlacktipH Fishing brings you some of the most exciting fishing videos on the web. Why No Aquarium In the World Has a Great White Shark?

10:54
Even if you absolutely love aquariums and have been to dozens of them, there's one sea creature you’ll never ever come across there. Not a single aquarium in the world has a great white shark. Is the great white not cool enough to be put on display? Are people afraid of being attacked even when these animals are confined within thick walls made of special glass? There have been plenty of attempts to hold these creatures captive. In 1955, the first great white was captured and sent to Marineland of the Pacific in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, the animal didn't even make it through one day at the oceanarium. Scientists still don't know much about the great white shark, but they have come up with several theories. TIMESTAMPS Where can you find great white sharks? 0:48 Attempts to hold great white sharks captive 2:28 Why do they suffer so much from being locked up? 5:00 Depression 5:12 Lack of space 5:32 Respiratory problems 6:13 Hunger 7:05 The wrong water salinity 7:36 Why is it important to save the last great white sharks? 7:52 Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY -These massive fish can be spotted in cool coastal waters all over the world. “Human” isn’t on a great white’s menu. In general, there are no more than 10 attacks a year. -In 1955, the first great white was captured and sent to Marineland of the Pacific in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, the animal didn't even make it through one day at the oceanarium. The SeaWorld in San Diego managed to keep a great white for 16 days back in 2003, but they ended up deciding to release the animal back into the ocean. -Scientists still don't know much about the great white shark, but they have come up with several theories. -Believe it or not, depression and shock can bring these powerful creatures down. -No aquarium in the world can provide the animal with conditions to let it move as it does in the wild. -In a tank, great whites can't move freely, so they develop problems with their respiratory system. What's more, a shark can suffer from hypoxia, or a deficiency of oxygen. -Since they need to hunt down their prey and eat it alive, they often refuse to eat in captivity. -You can't even imagine how hard it is to mimic the ocean’s unique water composition. -Great white sharks are extremely important for keeping the ecological balance in the oceans. Losing just one shark endangers the entire ecosystem. Unfortunately, there are just about 3,500 of them left in the world. Watch These Cunning Snails Stab and Swallow Fish Whole | Deep Look

Join Deep Look on Patreon NOW! https://www.patreon.com/deeplook Cone Snails have an arsenal of tools and weapons under their pretty shells. These reef-dwelling hunters nab their prey in microseconds, then slowly eat them alive. SUBSCRIBE to Deep Look! http://goo.gl/8NwXqt DEEP LOOK is a ultra-HD (4K) short video series created by KQED San Francisco and presented by PBS Digital Studios. See the unseen at the very edge of our visible world. Explore big scientific mysteries by going incredibly small. New research shows that cone snails — ocean-dwelling mollusks known for their brightly colored shells — attack their prey faster than almost any member of the animal kingdom. There are hundreds of species of these normally slow-moving hunters found in oceans across the world. They take down fish, worms and other snails using a hollow, harpoon-like tooth that acts like a spear and a hypodermic needle. When they impale their prey, cone snails inject a chemical cocktail that subdues their meal and gives them time to dine at their leisure. Cone snails launch their harpoons so quickly that scientists were previously unable to capture the movement on camera, making it impossible to calculate just how speedy these snails are. Now, using super-high-speed video, researchers have filmed the full flight of the harpoon for the first time. From start to finish, the harpoon’s flight takes less than 200 micro-seconds. That’s one five-thousandth of a second. It launches with an acceleration equivalent to a bullet fired from a pistol. So how do these sedentary snails pull off such a high-octane feat? Hydrostatic pressure — the pressure from fluid — builds within the half of the snail’s proboscis closest to its body, locked behind a tight o-ring of muscle. When it comes time to strike, the muscle relaxes, and the venom-laced fluid punches into the harpoon’s bulbous base. This pressure launches the harpoon out into the snail’s unsuspecting prey. As fast as the harpoon launches, it comes to an even more abrupt stop. The base of the harpoon gets caught at the end of the proboscis so the snail can reel in its meal. The high-speed action doesn’t stop with the harpoon. Cone snail venom acts fast, subduing fish in as little as a few seconds. The venom is filled with unique molecules, broadly referred to as conotoxins. The composition of cone snail venom varies from species to species, and even between individuals of the same species, creating a library of potential new drugs that researchers are eager to mine. In combination, these chemicals work together to rapidly paralyze a cone snail’s prey. Individually, some molecules from cone snail venom can provide non-opioid pain relief, and could potentially treat Parkinson’s disease or cancer. --- Where do cone snails live? There are 500 species of cone snails living in the Indian and Pacific Oceans, the Caribbean and Red Seas, and the Florida coast. --- Can cone snails kill humans? Most of them do not. Only eight of those 500 species, including the geography cone, have been known to kill humans. --- Why are scientists interested in cone snails? Cone snail venom is derived from thousands of small molecules call peptides that the snail makes under its shell. These peptides produce different effects on cells, which scientists hope to manipulate in the treatment of various diseases. ---+ Read the entire article on KQED Science: https://wp.me/p6iq8L-84uC ---+ For more information: Here’s what WebMD says about treating a cone snail sting: https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/cone-snail-sting ---+ More Great Deep Look episodes: This Mushroom Starts Killing You Before You Even Realize It https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bl9aCH2QaQY Take Two Leeches and Call Me in the Morning https://youtu.be/O-0SFWPLaII ---+ See some great videos and documentaries from the PBS Digital Studios!
