You said I can style "nav" tag, so can I style "div" tag. They why use "nav" tag? What is the advantage?

How do I share my "nav" section across all my HTML pages (as library) instead of creating SAME "nav" section in each page?. In past I used "include" option, is that still possible here in HTML5?
