Wim Hof first caught the attention of scientists when he proved he was able to use meditation to stay submerged in ice for 1 hour and 53 minutes without his core body temperature changing. Since then, he’s climbed Mount Everest in his shorts, resisted altitude sickness, completed a marathon in the Namib Desert with no water and proven under a laboratory setting that he’s able to influence his autonomic nervous system and immune system at will.
Almost everything Wim has done was previously thought to be impossible - but he’s not a freak of nature.
To demonstrate that any human can learn his methods, Wim offered to teach Matt Shea and Daisy-May Hudson to climb a freezing cold mountain in their shorts without getting cold. But when Matt and Daisy signed up for the training, they had no idea that the so-called Iceman was planning to lead them on a psychedelic journey across Europe that circled the chasm between science, spirituality and mystery.

its just hyper ventilation essentially. Nothing new there. Your just flooding the body with oxygen. Free divers used to use this method to get a longer breath hold. But it has been abandoned because it is dangerous to do alone. There is a strong possibility that you can pass out. As although you have more oxygen in your body the CO2 still builds up and can become toxic.
His technique could be described as gaining root access to your own damn body. It's like you perform these actions, or programs, and then you'll just be able to get in through a back door into the place in your brain, (the directory, say) that was usually only reserved for the ominous admin: the unconscious mind.
I haven't personally done all of these things yet, but it really sounds like gaining permissions to manually override your own bodily functions, so of course I'm trying out. This could be such a game changer for so many people... "Be the change" and "take responsibility for yourself" would have to be taken seriously, if everyone really is capable of change/healing on such a profound level.
I’m also able to create a adrealine pump with my mind. I actually became able to do it by lucid dreaming. No idea how I did it but i had these nightmares wile lucid dreaming wich made me really conscious of how to do it.
There really isnt anything "superhuman" to what Wim is doing. Wim lost his wife years ago, and what he does to his body is just a way of not thinking about her. He's only "mentally strong" because the pain of thinking about her is much more than sitting in a bath of ice.
The part where the subtitles said [FOREIGN], well, it wasn’t. The producer, off screen, asked, “Are we taking the vodka to the sauna?” before her reporter replied, “You know nothing about Poland.”

Learning how to draw cartoon animals from the farm is not such a difficult task! Weve grown up surrounded by them! Farm animals are everywhere: In blockbuster movies, childs books, greeting cards. their shapes and images are printed in our minds!
In this section, I will show you how to determine what are the physical uniqueness of each animal and how to work with them. Then, you can practice drawing each cartoon character using basic shapes.
You will have the opportunity to make nice illustrations, practice sketching and cartooning using short easy lessons and complete your creation using a drawing software to create vector art if you want to! Cartoon drawing is really fun once you get into it!
Dont be afraid to try until you get it right. This method is really simple, but requires practice and observation. So, sit back and relax. Learn how to draw animals from the farm and start your journey on a good note!

A cute turkey to begin with.
In this first tutorial, you can learn how to draw a fun turkey mostly made from small rectangles and large circular shapes. The posture of the character is really interesting. Not only is it easier to draw than a front version, but its also easier to add some perspective (as we can see with the legs). The fact that we just need to draw one wing is also interesting.
Most of these cartoon animals are not filled with complex textures or digital effects. In this case, the subject is filled with plain colors and only a few basic details (inside the tail) were added.
