Welcome to In Focus. In this series we take a closer look at particular sites, finds and objects from the world of Archaeology. *News* Ötzi's Genome Analysed: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2012/02/120228123847.htm Blood Sample: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-17909396 Note: This is work is for the love of the topic, not for profit and essentially editorialistic in nature. Fest Theory (2 years ago)
FINALLY SOLVED: BECOMING HUMAN / INTELLIGENCE / AI. NEW COMPREHENSIVE THEORY STARTS FROM THE END by establishing the working theory of functioning of the human brain-IQ. https://evolutionofhumanintelligence.wordpress.com/ That is the only way to solve this puzzle and here is the only picture/story that makes sense. The human evolution ( 7 million years, 30 hominins ) must perform / accomplish the evolution of intelligence (to the achievement C+IQ / collective intelligence with ability the speak ), but I have found only "the evolution of emotions". These three processes intersect at one point - baby / human infant that is incapable for independent survival for many years. That is not an evolutionary mistake, on the contrary, that is the key element of my research. By observing it’s mother’s behavior, a process called MSP /multi self-projection passively occurs in baby’s brain when child perceives guardians body as his own. MSP may be the most easily understood as a feeling similar to that of the apparent movement which we have when we are in a train that stands while we are looking through the window at another train that is moving. That way infant’s CNS immediately learns the shortest way to get something done, which enables the creation of many more similar thinking processes till the moment when a minimal number of thinking processes (Adam’s number) are required in order to effect of self-consciousness arise. To connect all that I have mentioned with a huge number of scientific data (Denisovans, Homo naledi, Scientific Adam, Mitochondrial Eve, autism, speech, pleasure in the presence of fire, dreams...) required membership in the Mensa organization... The biggest picture (the framework) for all scientific data (even A.I. because start, origin of original, in making SAI/AGI/HAL 9000 is crucial / what has been missing) is FEST theory.

Archeosoup I gest of course lol :) . How ever if I am not mistaken the proto-Italians started to immigrate to Italy north and south, central about 1300 BC so that would make otzi  an his tribe the pre-italic people as well as prediluvian. No there certainly were  not  romans or pizza or cappuccino in the end of the 'Neolithic perod'' early chalcolithic/bronze age. Copper was first discovered and mined and now  historians call it the copper age lol. Its the beginning of the bronze age. The question is archeosoup just who n fact were these people? My paternal great grandfather was born in the alps of north Italy and guess what ,my paternal YDNA Haplogroup is G2a2B21a. Otzi is my COUSIN! Or should I say my PRE_PASANO!!! CIAO AMICO!!!

Oh oh the Kangs have infiltrated the comments
Cuck Hunt1488 (1 year ago)
"Long limbs are very African characteristics" Due you have any actual measurements to prove this assessment? "markings/tattoos similar to many African so called tribes." Tattooing is something White Europeans where known to do since ancient times and it only disapeared with the spread of Christianity. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_tattooing#Europe "Pre-Christian Germanic, Celtic and other central and northern European tribes were often heavily tattooed, according to surviving accounts, but it may also have been normal paint. The Picts may have been tattooed (or scarified) with elaborate, war-inspired black or dark blue woad (or possibly copper for the blue tone) designs. Julius Caesar described these tattoos in Book V of his Gallic Wars (54 BC). Nevertheless, these may have been painted markings rather than tattoos.[26] Ahmad ibn Fadlan wrote of his encounter with the Scandinavian Rus' tribe in the early 10th century, describing them as tattooed from "fingernails to neck" with dark blue "tree patterns" and other "figures."[27] However, this may also have been paint, since the word used can mean both tattoo and painting. During the gradual process of Christianization in Europe, tattoos were often considered remaining elements of paganism and generally legally prohibited." "Asiatic features similar to the Sans people of South Africa." Yes literally he is an African from the part of Africa the absolute farthest part away from where his body was discovered that sounds very likely. Lets ignore this possibility; the current facial shape is due to the effects of mummification. And also lets ignore this fact; there are Whites with no traceable immediate Asian ancestry who have those kinds of features. http://www.nytimes.com/1985/10/08/science/q-a-061233.html https://www.britannica.com/science/epicanthic-fold https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Wozniak "Again another coverup!" In your delusional Kangzy mind. "Also see the Black Madonnas all over europe and ask why they were changed to white." SHIET THE PORTRAITS JUST BE PAINTED OVER AND SHIEEETTT!!! Ignoring the fact there is no evidence for that assertion, I do have to lament over this great irony; whenever Europeans depict figures from the bible as White that is decried as racist conspiratorial whitewashing. But when they depict the figures accurately as middle easterners Kangz use this to Kang about and proclaim that the figures of the bible or Europeans where black and shiiieettt. " I showed this to whites and Asians and they all said it's an African. " Yea, your totally not just talking out of your ass. "Intellectual sciientific dishonesty is nothing new!" Yea, I'm dealing with it right now! "Do you really think lies will be allowed to exist forever?" No, I am destroying lies right now!
Greeny202a (2 years ago)
+Joshua Nguyen Oh it is perhaps better not to ask my friend. There is a strange Afrocentric cult emerged in the US amongst black Americans who are claiming it was actually black Africans who were the first humans in every part of the globe and therefore they suggest old Otzi here was an African. Better to just ignore their lunacy.

+Phyllis Baylock they found blood remains on him and what was left of his clothes and the arrow next to him, they came from 3 random people, not just him guess they still managed to do a blood test. They know how he died because of a big wound that would have killed him for sure, and now he is dead so, it took them decades to figure it out though
About Life (2 years ago)
+Micael G Who made up that story? Was the book of his life found in the ice with his body? Or maybe his killers are still around to tell the real story.

Why do they even bother carbon dating when they know the results are basically guesswork?
Robot killer (6 months ago)
MegaFloyd100  >the carbons rate of decay carbon's rate of decay is constant, literally because of predictable consequences of physical laws. >without a time machine nobody can know for sure. dumbass argument. by that logic, you can't hold criminal trials because you can't know for sure if someone is guilty of murder despite clear evidence proving it, because you didn't see it happen. science is all about gathering evidence and building up a picture of what happened, not "eureka moments" of 100% proving something true. >They make these assumptions based on the assumed dates of rock strata in which the animal is found. The dates of the rock strata are decided based on their carbon dates. So it is circular logic & totally subjective a blatant lie and a strawman. scientists do not only use 2 dating methods which depend on each other to function, second, CARBON DATING CANNOT BE USED TO DATE FOSSILS YOU RETARD. Carbon dating only works on animals less than 10,000 years old. they have to use other methods to date fossils. Again, proving you don't have any clue what you're talking about. they use other methods to date older fossils. Finally, what about how radiometric dating dates not only *match up with tree rings perfectly*, there's also the fact that DNA dating methods based on average mutation rates also *match up perfectly*? not only that, but the magnetic field changes on the earth effect forming iron-rich rocks in such a way that you can date them, and, guess what, *THEY MATCH UP PERFECTLY*. Getting pretty damned coincidental there, and I didn't even mention all of them, which all match, by the way.
Robot killer (6 months ago)
MegaFloyd100  >evolutionists way to expose yourself, creatard. nobody calls people who believe in real science "evolutionists£ except creationists. yeah, carbon dating has flaws, but what your creatard websites leave out is that scientists discovered those flaws, and take them into account when dating.
joeschultz2 (4 years ago)
+MegaFloyd100  You complained that I gave a "kneejerk" answer to your criticism of the dating of Ötzi.  Then you gave the stock, off-the-shelf argument against the use of carbon 14 dating, along with the now standard reply that a time machine is necessary to measure the age of something in the past.  Of course, the age of something from long ago is measured by a variety of methods, all of them using well established scientific principles, not guesswork.  Carbon 14 dating has its limitations, and these limitations, such as animals from Antarctic sea water cannot be reliably dated, are being laboriously catalogued and calibrated in the science of dating.  Every process has limitations, that does not mean it is useless, as creationists would love to pretend.
MegaFloyd100 (4 years ago)
+joeschultz2 I examined their dating methods for Otzi,& they have vastly improved,& no guesswork is involved at all.Now a time machine is used to go back in time & measure dead organisms for carbon levels immediately after it dies,& then to return at 10,000 year intervals to measure the actual rate of carbon loss & the carbon molecules half-life.Dating methods are perfect.I was a fool.
joeschultz2 (4 years ago)
+MegaFloyd100 You criticized me for a "kneejerk" reaction to your post about the dating "guesswork".  I asked if you had actually examined the  dating of Ötzi specifically.  It appears the short answer to that question is no.
