For anyone struggling with Jumbling or mixing of elements when using fixed positioning try changing the 'Fixed' to 'Relative'.

Nice video.. I have one div with box within that text content..there is hover property on border of box..now when I hover on border text content shrink ing(small shift)..how to avoid shift of text....

Sublime Text on Ubuntu. It works on Windows, Linux, and Mac. It's nagware, but you can buy a license that follows you and not the computer. It's a license for the current version, so if they ever come out with Sublime 3, you'll buy a license for that, or deal with the nagware again.
